Private Long Term and Respite Care
Our family type home serves up to 4 adults ages 18 and older who
are unable to live on their own because of advanced age or physical or
developmental disabilities. The dedicated Hope Gardens' staff assists
residents with all their personal care needs, including daily hygiene,
grooming, dressing, eating and self-administering of medication. We also
provide daily home cooked meals, laundry services and activities - such
as memory/board games, gardening and arts and crafts - as well as
arrange for transportation with private companies to medical appointments, senior citizen centers
and other events.

Whether you are looking for a long
term care provider or require short term respite care, we
provide a warm, friendly and caring environment where our residents'
needs always come first. We work closely with our residents and
their families to develop an individualized service plan that
incorporates likes, dislikes, hobbies, interests, special food needs
and preferences, physical abilities and limitations, appropriate
stimulus and activities, and medication schedules.

utmost dignity and respect. Hope Gardens' founder is a registered
nurse with over a decade of personal care and case management
experience and a certification from the State of New York to operate
a family type home for adults. Care giving is her passion. She and
our trained staff are committed to helping Hope Gardens' small
clientele enjoy a full life and will work to continuously maintain
and improve the quality of that life. To that end, we maintain a
flexible family visitation schedule and are open to residents
bringing furniture and decor from their own homes to make their Hope
Gardens' rooms more personal, familiar and suited to their taste and
style. We want our residents and their families to feel like Hope
Gardens is truly their home.
